These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YT Unlocker ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by YT Unlocker. By registering for an account, connecting a YouTube channel, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
YT Unlocker is a web-based platform that allows YouTube content creators ("users") to set engagement-based thresholds on their videos. When a threshold is met, the Service automatically performs actions such as revealing hidden content, sending emails to subscribers, redirecting fans to a URL, or changing the privacy status of a YouTube video or playlist.
The Service integrates with the YouTube Data API v3 and Google OAuth 2.0 to access and manage your YouTube channel data on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive behaviour.
YT Unlocker uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
You authorise the Service to access your YouTube channel data, including video statistics and privacy settings, solely to provide the features described. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your channel from the Service or by visiting your Google Account permissions page.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including unlock rule content, email templates, and fan page content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
We do not sell your content or your subscribers' email addresses to third parties.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
Automatic unlock actions depend on a scheduled cron job and the YouTube API. We are not liable for missed or delayed unlocks caused by API outages, cron job failures, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YT UNLOCKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YT Unlocker and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
